How to setup Emails on Outlook

Requirement: Outlook 2016, Windows 10

Step 01:

Open Outlook 2016.

If you are starting a newly installed outlook, you can skip this set.

If you already have email accounts setup:

Click "File" > Under "Account Information", you will see the button "Add Account".

Step 02:

You will see the following screen.

Type your full email address. Click "Advanced options" and Check the "Let me set up my account manually". Click Connect.

Step 03:

Now you will see the following scree.

Click "POP".

Step 04:

Now you will see the following screen:

Under "Incoming mail", in the server, type "mail.yourdomain.com" and set the Port to "995".
Check mark both SSL/TSL and SPA options.
Under "Outgoing mail", in the server, type "mail.yourdomain.com" and set the Port to "465".
Set the "Encryption method" to "SSL/TSL".
If you have an existing mail data file, you can check mark "Use an existing data file" and select the file.
Click "Next".

NOTE: "yourdomain.com" is you domain name.

Step 05:

Now just type your password.

Click "Connect".
